HOW DO THE RESERVATIONS WORK?
JetRiders enjoy unlimited usage available through our convenient, easy-to-use Online Booking System. Reservations may be made with 24 hours notice. Simply sign-on to your JetRide portal, choose a location, date and time, and you are ready to Ride!

HOW MANY RESERVATIONS CAN I HAVE AT ONE TIME?
Members enjoy five (5) advanced reservations at any given time. Once a reservation is completed, it can be used to book another reservation!

CAN I RESERVE A BOAT ON THE SAME DAY?
Yes. Just text (561) 220-0566 or call 1-877-RIDE-PWC and a Ride Control specialist will assist you.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FULFILL MY RESERVATIONS?
At JetRide we are 100% committed to fulfilling every reservation made by our JetRiders. We track the number of JetRiders vs. the number of watercraft in our fleet to ensure that we always have plenty of watercraft for our members. As new JetRiders are welcomed, more crafts are added.

WHAT KIND OF PWC'S AND BOATS ARE IN YOUR FLEET?
Our fleet is comprised of Yamaha PWCs, Yamaha Jet Boats, and outboard boats.

DOES JETRIDE PROVIDE TRAINING?
JetRiders receive a one-on-one equipment orientation with our certified training specialists. During this training, JetRider's will learn skills such as how to operate our various watercraft, general navigation, docking, and watercraft safety.

HOW SOON CAN I GET ON THE WATER AFTER JOINING?
After joining, JetRider's are on the water as soon as they complete their training. Training is offered weekly so you will be able to start enjoying your membership as soon as possible.

IS INSURANCE INCLUDED?
All JetRiders are covered by the most comprehensive insurance coverage in the industry. Each JetRider is covered up to $1,000,000 per occurrence. If an incident occurs, JetRiders are responsible for damages up to the deductible amount of $2,000. For less severe damages the member is responsible for the cost of repair. JetRide has negotiated below market pricing for repairs and we pass these savings on to our members. We do not make any money on repairs! In addition, Sea Tow is included on all watercrafts and boats.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?
JetRiders will be able to make reservations in a morning or afternoon time slot. Hours are dependent upon time of year but typically run from 8am - 6:30pm. *Extended-hours boat use is available in some areas.

WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU CURRENTLY HAVE?
JetRide operates locations in West Palm Beach, Jupiter, and Boynton Beach. We plan to open new locations every few months so please check our home page for a list of current locations.

WHO PAYS FOR GAS?
JetRiders only pay for the fuel used during their reservation. Since JetRide offers unlimited usage, we leave it to our members to determine what they spend on gas instead of adding a set charge into your monthly subscription fee. After each reservation the watercraft will be cleaned, filled with fuel, and ready for you. Each night the credit card on file will be billed for the usage that day.

IS THERE A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?
No. Subscription is month-to-month and members are free to cancel at any time.

WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION INCREASE?
Dues are locked in for the first three years of the membership. *Exceptions include any special or introductory rates.

DO YOU HAVE A REFERRAL PROGRAM?
Yes! Referrals are always welcomed and appreciated! As a JetRider, you will receive one free month for each new JetRider you refer and joins JetRide. Ask your Ride Specialist how you can receive an entire year for FREE!
